Qualifications

• Strong customer service background is required.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred; college coursework desired.
• Automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts are preferred.
• Two to three years of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-Person Sales: provide high-quality service to walk-in customers.
• Parts Identification: use inventory software to locate exact matches for vehicles on-site.
• Sales: handle front counter transactions using POS systems.
• Yard Coordination: relay requests to pull parts for customers.
• Merchandising & Displays: set up and maintain displays of popular parts to drive sales.
• Core & Returns Management: inspect returned parts and process credits or warranty claims.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
