Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• Effective communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; college coursework is a plus.
• Automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• 2–3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-Person Sales: deliver high-quality service to walk-in customers.
• Parts Identification: use inventory software to match parts to vehicles on-site.
• Sales: handle front counter transactions via POS systems.
• Yard Coordination: coordinate with parts pullers to retrieve parts for customers.
• Merchandising & Displays: set up displays to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: inspect returns and process credits or warranties.
• Assumes other duties as assigned
