• Achieve branch sales and profitability plan.
• Develop and execute sales management platform for sales team; lead and coach branch sales representatives.
• Monitor sales, pricing, and profitability; implement corrective actions.
• Identify and qualify customer leads and assist in sales development for new customers.
• Review branch P&L to optimize cost structure and profits.
• Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain relationships with key customers in the local market.
• Implement branch sales programs and support national marketing initiatives.
• Participate in annual budgeting and strategic planning with Regional Management.
• Oversee cash management and credit/deposit functions with Regional Credit.
