Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide superior customer service to both retail and installer customers, while supporting store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may assist professional customers as needed.

You will participate in training, handle cash and credit payments, process returns, and help maintain stock and merchandising standards. Weekend and on‑call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and assist customers in-store and by phone.
• Bilingual skills are encouraged and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with image maker, planogram, stocking, and shelf maintenance.
• Perform daily store operations and scope tasks; operate test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
