Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes greeting customers, advising on merchandise, and assisting with professional customers as needed. Additional duties include handling calls, processing transactions, returns and exchanges, and performing daily store operations and equipment use after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices per policy.
• Process exchanges/returns and resolve complaints.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock, planograms, and image maker updates.
• Operate store test equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Deliver parts to customers when needed and drive eligibility allowed by policy.
