Prospective team members should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn automotive systems and parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and teammates.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain a fast-paced, energetic store environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure a safe, welcoming store.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
