Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Signal Hill, CA to assist the painter and maintain a clean, safe paint booth. You will help prepare vehicles for painting, sand and buff as required, and support a smooth production flow in a busy collision repair shop.

The role requires 1+ year experience in paint operations, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Assist in painting operations to support efficient workflow and quality results.
