Job summary

Caliber Collision in Gardena, CA is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support a fast, quality-focused workflow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff surfaces as part of paint preparation.
• Maintain the paint booth and workspace in clean working order.
• Assist Auto Painter to repair vehicles to Caliber and OEM standards.
