Caliber Collision in Torrance is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting alongside the Auto Painter, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality results.

Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace, while following Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment. This entry‑level role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sanding and buffing as needed to support workflow.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to high standards.
• Repair vehicles safely and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
