Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Upland, CA. This role supports the Auto Painter to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting and maintain the paint booth and workspace.

Duties include sanding and buffing, and ensuring compliance with Caliber and OEM standards using modern equipment. The position offers an hourly rate of $20–$23, with weekly pay, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter
• Sand and buff as needed as part of prep work
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Repair vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards
