Caliber Collision in Daphne, AL, has an immediate opening for an Auto Painter Helper to assist in preparing vehicles for painting. You will work with the Auto Painter to ensure smooth workflow, including sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.

The role requires 1+ years in paint operations within a collision center, ability to lift, and a valid driver's license. Benefits start day one and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff as needed and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
