Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist in preparing vehicles for painting and supporting the Auto Painter for an efficient workflow. You will perform sanding, buffing and keep the paint booth clean and organized, enabling smooth production in a busy collision repair center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff surfaces as part of prep work.
• Maintain the paint booth and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
