Caliber Collision in Gardena, CA is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist in preparing vehicles for painting and maintaining the paint booth. You will collaborate with the Auto Painter to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality results in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires 1+ year of paint operations experience in a collision center, ability to lift and handle materials, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA-compliant safety and company standards apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff as needed and maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and thoroughly according to Caliber and OEM standards.
• Work to ensure efficient workflow and production shop environment.
