Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Napa to assist the Auto Painter and prepare vehicles for painting. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth to support efficient workflow.

Minimum 1+ year experience in paint operations in a collision center is preferred; must be 18+, with a valid driver's license. Employment offers day-one benefits and opportunities for growth within Caliber.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for painting and maintain workflow.
• Sand, buff, and clean as needed to support painting operations.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace in a clean and safe condition.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly and safely according to Caliber and OEM standards.
