Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator for a 12-hour continental night shift. Starting pay is $23.38 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium.

The role requires moving racks of aluminum extrusions and safe operation of the forklift and bander. Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, physical agility for climbing on/off the forklift, and completing mobile equipment testing.

Starting Rate of pay: $23.38/HR

$1.00/HR additional for shift premium.

Shifts Available and Hours:

12-hour continental night shift

7:15 PM - 7:15 AM

What you will be doing

• Responsible for moving racks of aluminum extrusions.
• Responsible for properly and safely using bander to band material prior to moving material.
• Move empty racks to correct area.
• Complete forklift check sheets at beginning of each shift.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must have physical agility to safely climb up and down on and off of forklift at a fast pace.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required mobile equipment testing.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• HSD / GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Good verbal communications skills a plus.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in manufacturing or related preferred.
• Team player; ability to work as a team.
• Self-starter.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to prioritize needs.
