Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Auto-finance, consumer-lending, or closely related collections experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume account queue with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage delinquent auto-loan accounts through all stages from one day past due to repossession referrals.
• Make high-volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve delinquencies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor promises to pay.
• Document customer contacts and account changes accurately.
