Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage high-volume accounts with accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent auto-loan accounts through all stages up to repossession referral.
• Make high-volume inbound and outbound contacts to resolve delinquency.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within guidelines.
• Document all account activity accurately and timely.
• Use skip-tracing and account research to locate customers.
• Escalate sensitive issues to Branch Manager when needed.
• Collaborate with Remarketing Department for repossessions.
• Visit local customers when contact unsuccessful near repossession.
• Conduct welcome calls with new auto-loan customers to set expectations.
