This full-time, onsite role requires strong communication, negotiation, and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed for occasional local visits, with standard Mon-Fri

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Auto-finance, consumer-lending, or related collections experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume account queue with accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent auto-loan accounts through all stages of delinquency.
• Make high-volume inbound and outbound contacts to understand delinquencies and identify solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor promises to pay.
• Document customer interactions and account changes accurately.
• Assist repossession processes with the Branch Manager and Remarketing Department as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers, dealers, and internal partners.
