Job summary

Bridgecrest Credit Company, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an on-site Collections Specialist to partner with customers on past-due accounts, negotiate payment plans and work toward restoring loan ownership.

You will use multiple systems, adhere to FDCPA guidelines, and collaborate with the Loan Servicing team to reach monthly goals while treating customers with respect and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in collections, financial services, or phone-based roles.
• Experience in a contact center preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple loan/account systems while following FDCPA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers.
• Make inbound and outbound contact on 1–60 day delinquencies.
• Review account information and process payments across systems.
• Assist with debt repayment plans, modifications, and deferments.
• Monitor loan repayment agreements and follow up on delinquent accounts.
