You will document interactions, negotiate payment plans, and support the office team in a fast-paced environment. Prior debt-collection experience is preferred, but training is offered; a valid driver's license is required.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts focused on collecting automotive loans/leases.
• Contact customers by phone and mail to determine pay ability and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain good customer relations while collecting on delinquent balances and negotiating solutions.
• Aid customers by offering solutions with clear payment dates and amounts.
• Manage loss control activities such as collections, insurance, and repossessions.
• Investigate to locate customers and collateral via database and records.
• Interact with clients per state and company guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately document each contact.
• Meet or exceed company percentage for non-renewals.
• Support office needs and assist other team members.
