Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct investigations to analyze coverage and liability.
• Handle property damage claims including attorney-represented parties.
• Review policy provisions to resolve complex coverage issues.
• Assess reserve requirements and disposition of claims within authority.
• Engage with insureds, claimants, and attorneys to negotiate settlements.
• Identify potential subrogation opportunities and recovery steps.
• Keep stakeholders informed of file status and developments.
• Collaborate with SIU on fraud indicators and investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
