Qualifications

• 1 year of automobile claims handling experience (preferred).
• Strong communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to make decisions based on facts and policy language.

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and reviewing evidence.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and injury exposure.
• Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and facts.
• Negotiate fair and timely settlements.
• Manage claim reserves and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal partners on complex issues.
• Deliver clear, timely communication to build customer trust.
