Job summary

Pagaya Investments seeks an Auto Lending Strategy & Operations Lead in the NYC area, reporting to the General Manager. You will shape the future of our auto lending network, drive operational excellence, empower lending partners, and build scalable processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will engage with the GM and cross-functional leaders to set strategic priorities, build dashboards to track KPIs, support C-suite reviews, and bring analytical rigor to partnerships, product, and risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consumer lending or consulting in FP&A or business strategy roles focused on lending operating units
• High proficiency with major AI tools to drive efficiencies and analytical rigor

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with the GM and internal stakeholders to formulate and execute key strategic priorities
• Build and update auto business dashboards to track progress against KPIs and action items
• Own the content creation and business analysis required for key C-suite reviews
• Represent the GM in internal meetings, when required, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and an inclusive team culture
• Provide insights and analysis for partnership, product, and risk teams to help lending partners improve operating performance in originations and servicing
• Research and recommend market and competitive data sources to improve auto lending modeling and decisioning
