Job summary

Pagaya is seeking a highly strategic Head of Portfolio Management for its Personal Loans portfolio. You will lead a distributed analytics team across NYC and Tel Aviv, owning deal economics, pricing, and portfolio strategy to drive profitability and growth.

A strong background in consumer lending and data-driven decision making is essential. You will partner with Risk, Product, Capital Markets, and Engineering to translate analytics into executive-level recommendations and optimize revenue pools

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in consumer lending, credit strategy, or portfolio management.
• Experience leading distributed or international teams (Israel a strong plus).
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and own deep quantitative analysis of the Personal Loans portfolio to drive profitable growth.
• Lead deal economics and pricing to maximize margins and risk-adjusted yield.
• Mentor and manage a cross-border analytics and portfolio team across NYC and Tel Aviv.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Capital Markets, and Engineering to align strategies and uncover revenue.
