Pagaya is seeking a highly strategic Head of Portfolio Management for the Personal Loans portfolio to lead a distributed team in NYC and Tel Aviv. You will own deal economics, pricing, and portfolio strategy to drive profitable growth across the full customer lifecycle.

You will partner with Risk, Product, Capital Markets, and Engineering to align analytics with business goals, improve customer conversion, and expand bottom-line profitability, while shaping the company’s approach to credit risk

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consumer lending, credit strategy, or portfolio management.
• 3+ years leading distributed or international teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to translate quantitative analysis into executive recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Perform deep quantitative analysis of the Personal Loans portfolio to drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing and deal economics to maximize margins.
• Mentor and align with teams in NYC and Tel Aviv.
