Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking an experienced Auto PD Claims Investigator to manage auto property damage claims within the PD Claim Unit. The role requires exceptional customer service, organization, and written and verbal communication skills, with adversity navigation and 2+ years of related PD claim experience.

The successful candidate will analyze policy provisions, interview claimants, preserve records, adjust reserves, and coordinate with vendors and insureds to resolve claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of PD claim experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret policy provisions to determine coverage for auto property claims.
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and others to assess liability and collect information.
• Evaluate reserves, prepare dispatch instructions for inspections, and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Follow up on pending files and advise insureds, claimants, and brokers on status.
• Handle subrogation processes and related legal matters where applicable.
• Provide administrative support: timely mail handling, calls, voicemails, and email responses.
