Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Technician Trainee who will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician. The program leads to Safelite SafeTech certification and equips you with essential skills for unsupervised glass repair, replacement and recalibration.

Throughout the training, you will learn through hands-on and classroom sessions, earn competitive pay, and have access to a broad benefits package. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and run diagnostic tests.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely throughout the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
