Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Technician Trainee to train and become a certified auto glass technician. The role includes hands-on learning, classroom instruction, and a path to Safelite SafeTech certification.

You will observe, assist, and perform calibrations while delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards. The program offers paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn Safelite processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools and comply with policies.
