Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in the United States to begin an extensive training program leading to Safelite SafeTech certification. You will learn by doing hands-on and classroom sessions, observe glass repair and installation, and assist with recalibrations and diagnostics while upholding safety standards.

Upon completion, you will be certified and prepared to perform unsupervised work with support from teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn hands-on and classroom training to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Maintain safety and adhere to policies.
