Job summary

Safelite in the United States is seeking a Technician Trainee who will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician. The program leads to Safelite SafeTech certification and teaches you to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations with high quality and customer focus.

You’ll receive hands-on and classroom training, competitive weekly pay, and benefits including 401(k), tuition reimbursement up to $5,250, paid time off and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Provide additional services and products.
