Job summary

City Auto Glass, inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee to join our team and train to become a skilled auto glass technician.

You will learn on the job and in the classroom, progressing toward Safelite SafeTech certification while delivering high-quality glass repair and replacement work. During training you will earn competitive pay and gain access to a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass tests to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards.
