Job summary

City Auto Glass, inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee who will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician.

You will learn hands-on through classroom and field training, aiming to earn the Safelite SafeTech certification and perform glass repair, replacement and recalibrations with a focus on quality and timely service. The program emphasizes learning via observation, practice, and testing while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
