Safelite in New Jersey invites you to join as a Technician Trainee. You will be trained to become an auto glass technician, earning Safelite SafeTech certification and learning to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations on customer vehicles.

You will train through hands-on and classroom sessions, with opportunities to advance to Senior Tech and Master Tech based on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
