Job summary

Safelite in New Jersey is seeking a Technician Trainee to join our auto glass team. You will be trained through hands-on and classroom sessions to become a Safelite-certified Technician capable of glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to learn and apply Safelite training and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems and diagnostic testing.
• Providing additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become a Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
