Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver high‑quality repair and replacement services at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will leverage Safelite training and industry‑leading tools to complete calibrations and repairs, while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

In this role you’ll operate our tools and systems, assist customers in person and by phone, and uphold all policies and standards. A customer‑focused, hands‑on professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

Experience in vehicle glass repair or replacement preferred.
Ability to calibrate automotive safety systems.
Proficient with Safelite tools and technology.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostics.
Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage related admin tasks.
Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
