Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee in Virginia to learn auto glass installation and repair through a structured program.

You will gain hands-on experience, then strive for Safelite SafeTech certification and install and recalibrate safety systems with care and accuracy. Competitive weekly pay starts at $25.50/hour, rising to $30.25/hour after training and certification, plus benefits, possible PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass, including recalibrations.
• Provide additional services & products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
