Job summary

Quality Auto Glass in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking a friendly CSR Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You will guide clients through auto glass replacement, ADAS recalibrations, and related services with clarity and empathy.

As the operational backbone, you’ll greet customers in person, over the phone, and by email; schedule appointments; process insurance claims; provide clear estimates; and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and accurate records

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or service advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop environment.
• Experience with insurance claims or auto glass industry is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
• Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with auto glass service inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate repair and replacement appointments efficiently.
• Process insurance claims and work directly with insurance companies on behalf of customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain service options, pricing, and timelines.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation in the system.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
• Dispatch service technicians and establish daily routes.
• Manage inventory.
