Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional, multi-talented Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor to become the operational backbone of our office.

This is nota routine, transactional desk job. This is not an easy slow-moving day. This is not a punch-in/punch-out watch-the-clock type job. It is a highly specialized, niche role that requires you to wear many hats simultaneously. You will serve as the primary bridge between our customers, insurance providers, and technicians. Success in this position demands a sharp intellect, acute attention to detail, top-tier problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts without missing a beat.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with auto glass service inquiries

Requirements:
