Quality Auto Glass Inc in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking a customer-focused CSR Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers navigating auto glass services, ADAS recalibrations, and related offerings. You will bridge customers, insurers, and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts while delivering exceptional service and accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service advisor roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with service inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate repair/ replacement appointments efficiently.
• Process insurance claims and liaise with insurers on behalf of customers.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain options, pricing, and timelines.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and upcoming appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Dispatch service technicians and establish daily routes.
• Manage inventory.
