Job summary

Safelite Repair Specialist I position focused on vehicle glass repairs using industry-leading technology. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting and work under experienced technicians and leaders to deliver high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities include repairing chips and cracks, managing work orders, documenting customer interactions, and promoting Safelite offerings. Requires a valid driver’s license and a Safelite SafeTech certification upon completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and licenses to operate a company vehicle.
• On-the-job training and Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicle glass, chips and cracks under supervision.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation.
• Communicate with customers and promote Safelite services.
• Operate Safelite handheld MRM technology for updates and records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and work area.
• Follow Safelite policies and safety guidelines.
