Job summary

Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics seeks an Auto Glass General Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead operations and drive profitability across the market. You will mentor staff, optimize scheduling and vendor performance, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction while managing payroll and daily operations.

The role requires five years of auto glass or auto body management, leadership skills, P&L literacy, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years Auto glass experience / auto body management experience REQUIRED.
• Hours vary daily; must be flexible to work as needed.
• Proven leadership and track record of employee development.
• Ability to read and understand financial (P&L) statements.
• AGSC Master Certification and DOW certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must have valid driver''s license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
• Experience with Auto Glass POS and TEAMS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead market level performance through key metrics, quality, and culture.
• Manage inventory, returns, and dealer inventory in market.
• Coordinate with market sales to generate and follow up on leads.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payment processing.
• Ensure staff training on AGSC, DOW, and relevant systems.
• Coach staff to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Manage daily scheduler and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Report payroll timely and accurately.
• Maintain installer schedule for market coverage.
• Prepare and report monthly market financials and KPIs.
