Job summary

Automotive Aftermarket Services LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced automotive glass professional to move from installer to General Manager leadership role and help grow the business.

This role will lead the glass installation team, oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, provide hands-on installation support, and mentor installers while focusing on customer service and long-term growth.

Qualifications

Professional automotive glass installation experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of windshield, door glass, and back glass replacement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the automotive glass installation team
Oversee daily scheduling, workflow, and installation operations
Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
Provide hands-on installation support when needed
Help train, mentor, and develop installers
Ensure proper installation procedures, adhesives, tools, and techniques
Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business
Work directly with ownership as a key member of leadership team
