Glass America is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at the Saint Paul location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and alignment with policies. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining KPI targets, and overseeing financials to drive performance.

The position requires post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in auto glass or similar environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations at assigned location(s).
• Coach and empower staff to achieve KPI targets and production metrics.
• Monitor budgets, sales, profit and expenses; conduct formal and informal reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications.
• Ensure safety gear compliance and adherence to company dress code.
• Coordinate staffing with Regional Manager and lead monthly staff meetings.
