Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Sarasota, FL to train as an auto glass technician. You will learn hands-on and in-classroom skills to earn Safelite SafeTech certification and perform glass repair, replacement and recalibrations.

Paid training, job security, and a path to certification are provided. You will work with tools and safe practices while delivering high-quality service to customers in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
• All other duties as assigned and compliance with policies.
