Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee in Florida to begin a paid apprenticeship toward Safelite SafeTech certification. You will learn to perform glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations under supervision, while developing a service mindset to delight customers.

Expect structured hands-on and classroom training, with progression based on performance and quality. A comprehensive benefits package and tuition reimbursement support ongoing growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to operate a company vehicle as required by law.
• Willing to learn and complete Safelite training program.
• Strong safety and quality focus in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and run diagnostic tests.
• Provide additional services and products as needed.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely throughout the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to all policies.
