Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Florida to train into a certified auto glass technician. You will learn hands-on and in-class methods, aiming to achieve Safelite SafeTech certification and perform unsupervised repair, recalibration, and replacement with high quality and speed.

During training you will be paid and receive extensive benefits including 401(k) matching, medical plans, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement up to 5250 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
