Job summary

Glass America Chattanooga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shop operations, assist customers, schedule appointments, and coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians. You will maintain accurate customer records and enter sales data in our CRM.

The role is ideal for an organized, dependable candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is motivated to help the team meet production and service goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in person and by phone.
• Schedule customer appointments with urgency.
• Maintain regular communication with Auto Glass Technicians in the field.
• Use our software to note conversations and update customer records.
• Provide quotes for installation and repair services.
• Help team meet shop production goals and budgets.
• Complete work orders and keep records up to date.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Support inventory checks, part deliveries, and job confirmations.
• Collaborate with technicians, market leadership, and Inside Sales.
