• 1–3 years of retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in person and by phone with urgency when scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and enter sales information.
• Coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians and follow up on quotes.
• Support inventory checks, parts deliveries, and job confirmations as needed.
• Work closely with Inside Sales and market leadership.
