Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Manager, Dealer Support in Plano, TX to lead and develop a high-performing team that acts as the first contact for dealers. You will manage funding, titles, contracts, and post-funding activities while streamlining processes to apply best practices across the team.

The role requires strong coaching, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years in a customer service environment.
• Supervisory or lead project experience 0–2 years.
• Proactive problem-solving and KPI execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the dealer support team to ensure timely, accurate issue resolution.
• Manage KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports for senior management, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Funding, Title, Sales, and other stakeholders to close gaps and ensure policy adherence.
