Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience
• Automotive industry experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug testing

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing for purchases and present additional products
• Structure deals for maximum profitability
• Proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals
• Audit team deals post-sale
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts
